The lens i am going to use to break down and relate to Things Fall Apart is the view of feminism. Feminist ways consist of the view that woman are not treated as equally compared to men and they do not receive the respect that they should in any aspect of societies social statuses. In the book Things Fall Apart the men treat women as property and the more they have as their wives the more respect and supposedly more money they have as they are considered higher up in the social status. In the book women are treated like slaves and are looked down upon by men. What i would like to say in the essay would mainly be about the role women play to the ideas of feminist ways which to me would be a big part.
In my essay i will also include how gender discrimination has been around since the ancient greeks declaring that the male is always superior. In the feminist article that we read it even states, "Feminist literary criticism challenges such patriarchal statements with their accompanying male-dominated, philosophical assumptions and such gender-biased criticism."

Heckno Techno
In this article I read written by Neil Postman, takes on a whole new perspective to look at life from. The article discusses the differences between technocracy and Technopoly and how they relate into our studies of our world future. In the life of a technocracy state of mind people are pretty free to do and wish to believe, from religion to occupation this society is most common to our interpretation of a market economy. With people freely open and up to them to work the market how they chose cause tension and competition amongst other business. As where a Technopoly is quite the opposite in most terms it is referred to in postman writing as “totalitarian technocracy.” This society is very controlling and unlike technocracy you are without the freedoms and beliefs you wish which relates most to brave new worlds outtake on society and the ways in which they incorporate levels of class through an almost dictatorship and brainwash. Frederick Taylor looks at the idea of Technopoly state of society as advancement to the world and especially America. For he speaks that “Americans were better prepared to undertake the creation of a Technopoly than anyone else…less visible and therefore less well known.” In where he understand that it is a toss up no one really knows where society in America is heading but as signs show he is leaning towards the Technopoly side and the success of technology to overrule our world. My opinion on this situation is seeing from a different angle more from the traditional side of things you need certain basic things to survive and if people want to live longer and be healthy more look back on the world before us back in biblical times when people lived to be 500 years old just think about it they and healthy fresh crops and vegetables to eat where we have fast food, soda, and candy right at our finger tips. Im just saying as technology advances more and more people die quicker its like we are thinking to hard and to advanced and I believe to fix all our problems is to look back at the basic of life and live like we as humans are meant to live not as robots but humans.

Technology advancements
This whole concept of computers taking over the world is a joke. This is a bad idea that is going to lead to nothing but trouble. Computer technology is not going to stop death or aging and cure disease. It is I have to say a cool idea and would might be helpful to use to use robots and things in the correct manner like using them for like an assembly line to make things more efficient not for overtaking the world. It will take human out of humanity and turn our planet into a mass total chaos. As smart as computer are they still don’t experience emotion and feelings so they will never go to heaven and God’s ideas would be challenged bring an end to the human races. This idea just doesn’t make sense in the perspective they put it they make it seem bad and that they will take us over and kill us off but what I think they meant more of is that they will help us to advance to figure out faster and more efficient ways of doing things and maybe even ideas and clues to help us strive better on earth but not in the way they will prolong our life because God put us on here for a purpose and by altering his plans which is impossible. I believe that Bernard is onto something and has finally figured out that what they are doing is wrong and gets some sense into his head that he needs to do something about it. They are doing not what God wants thus going down the wrong path. I think Bernard is going to try his best to express what is going on and that society needs to change its outlook on itself. In the end n this book I think Bernard will save the day and change the world thoughts and go back to the true meaning of living and have a normal life.

After reading the article http://www.studentpulse.com/articles/69/examining-mythology-in-the-chronicles-of-narnia-by-cs-lewis that talks about mythological stands of the book series The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis and the ways the are perceived. Alicia D. Costello, the author of the essay written explained the different ways people sought of this series as a myth or not. she is a really swell writer and draws the reader in right away with her enticing description throughout the essay and examples and how she expresses them to show all the different views. Costello refers to Christianity being the main focus throughout these books of Narnia which she goes about using great details from the book to replicate here ideas. she gave a well rounded perspective from all different aspects from little kids to adults to draw in minds to think and give speculating observations to help simplify the understanding of the concepts that where trying to be reach reached through he novels of Narnia. she made it clear of all the main points made in the story but up close for use to examen and dissect, which the details she impels and textual evidence supportive of here ideas makes Alicia's essay a very great piece of work that is understandable for more then one audience and can be looked upon for ideas and great for thoughts to converse about good job Alicia!!
